萊陽站 | “春雪智慧工廠”項(xiàng)目：一期項(xiàng)目已基本完工

　　Springsnow Intelligent Factory in Laiyang: First-phase Project Generally Completed

　　春雪智慧工廠是萊陽市落實(shí)全省“啟動(dòng)預(yù)制菜‘十百千’培育行動(dòng)，打造預(yù)制菜產(chǎn)業(yè)高地”要求，發(fā)揮煙臺(tái)市食品產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈領(lǐng)建園區(qū)(區(qū)市)作用，于2022年布局建設(shè)的綠色食品產(chǎn)業(yè)重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目。項(xiàng)目總投資20億元，其中一期項(xiàng)目投資10.7億元，建筑面積7.4萬平方米，主要包括肉雞宰殺車間、雞肉預(yù)制菜加工車間、綜合樓、宿舍樓等，配置世界最先進(jìn)的自動(dòng)分割線、雞肉預(yù)制菜加工生產(chǎn)線等設(shè)備，主要生產(chǎn)油炸類、電烤類、成型類等雞肉產(chǎn)品。目前，一期項(xiàng)目已基本完工。

　　Springsnow Intelligent Factory is a step of the provincial action to develop and lead pre-cooked food industry. The factory was constructed as a key project of green food industry in 2022, playing its part as a leading industrial zone within Yantai’s food industry chain. With a total investment of 2 billion RMB, the fist-phase project has costed 1.07 billion RMB covering a construction area of 74,000 square meters, mainly for chicken -butchering workshop, chicken-meal pre-cooking workshop, comprehensive building, dorms and so forth. Equipped with world's most advanced automatic segmentation line and chicken-meal pre-cooking line, the factory primarily produces deep-fried, roasted and moulded chicken products. At the moment, first-phase project is generally completed.

　　項(xiàng)目達(dá)產(chǎn)后，年可宰殺肉雞1億只，生產(chǎn)雞肉產(chǎn)品24萬噸、雞肉預(yù)制菜12萬噸，國內(nèi)市場主要供應(yīng)商超、快餐、便利店、電商、食品加工和批零業(yè)，國外市場主要面向日本、韓國、歐盟、中東等20多個(gè)國家及地區(qū)，年可實(shí)現(xiàn)營業(yè)收入50億元、利稅6億元，同時(shí)，該項(xiàng)目將配套肉雞養(yǎng)殖基地300個(gè)，增加就業(yè)崗位2000個(gè)，帶動(dòng)農(nóng)戶2萬人增收，為賦能鄉(xiāng)村振興、擦亮“中國預(yù)制菜之鄉(xiāng)”名片、叫響“萊陽味道”區(qū)域品牌發(fā)揮重要作用。

　　Once reaching design capacity, it will satisfy an annual supply of 100 million chickens, 240,000 tons of chicken products, 120,000 tons of pre-cooked chicken meals to domestic supermarkets, restaurants, convenience shops, e-commerce businesses, food-processing industries as well as retailing industries. As for overseas markets, Springsnow targets over 20 countries and regions, mainly including Japan, Korea, the EU and Middle East. Annual sales revenue is estimated to hit 5 billion RMB, contributing 600 million taxes. Meanwhile, 300 chicken breeding bases will be built to support the project, offering 2000 jobs and increasing income of over 20,000 farmers. It will play a key role in rural revitalization, raising brand awareness of Laiyang as the Town of China's Pre-cooked Meals and bringing the Flavor of Laiyang to more people around the world.
