黃渤海新區(qū) | “八角灣國際文旅中心”項(xiàng)目:未來這里人氣爆棚,星級酒店群與“浪花”的文旅“交響”
Bajiaowan International Culture and Tourism Center in Huang-Bohai New Area: a Trending Symphony Composed by Clusters of Hotels and Ocean Waves
八角灣國際文旅中心項(xiàng)目是煙臺八角灣新城會展文旅板塊核心項(xiàng)目,總投資40億元,占地172畝,總建筑面積38萬平方米,主要包括威斯汀酒店群和旅游共享中心兩大板塊,建設(shè)全省體量最大的星級酒店群和區(qū)域性高端文旅綜合體。
This project is a core one of Yantai Bajiaowan New City’s exhibition, culture and tourism section, with a total investment of 4 billion RMB, covering an overall area of 172 acres and construction area of 380,000 square meters. It mainly includes two main sections: the Group of Westin Hotels and the Tourism Sharing Center, which will establish the largest star-rated hotel group and high-end cultural and tourism complex in Shandong province.
威斯汀酒店群,占地81畝,建筑面積18萬平方米,引入國際一線設(shè)計(jì)單位,建設(shè)超五星級威斯汀酒店和凱悅嘉軒、雅樂軒等準(zhǔn)五星級酒店,設(shè)有客房1200套,配套國際一流的會務(wù)、休閑、娛樂等設(shè)施,具備同時(shí)承接多個大型活動的綜合服務(wù)能力。項(xiàng)目2020年5月開工,目前主體已完工,計(jì)劃2023年5月試營業(yè)。旅游共享中心項(xiàng)目,占地91畝、建筑面積20萬平方米,主要包括旅游共享中心、5棟辦公樓、3棟服務(wù)型公寓、1條商業(yè)街及1個商業(yè)綜合體,其中商業(yè)街與商業(yè)綜合體建筑布局結(jié)合地方文脈“煙臺山海線”概念,圍合形成宛若蜿蜒起伏的“浪花”。項(xiàng)目2021年6月開工,目前主體已封頂,2023年起陸續(xù)投用。
The Group of Westin Hotels, covers a space of 81 acres with a construction area of 180,000 square meters, which will introduce international top-tier design firms to build ultra five-star Westin Hotels and quasi five-star hotels such as Hyatt Regency and YALEX. With 1,200 guest rooms and top-notch international facilities for conferences, leisure, and entertainment, it will have the capability to hold multiple large-scale events. The project started in May 2020, and the main building has been completed, with plans to start trial operations in May 2023. The Tourism Sharing Center, covering 91 acres and with a construction area of 200,000 square meters, will mainly include the center itself, 5 office buildings, 3 service apartments, 1 commercial street and 1 commercial complex. The commercial street and commercial complex are designed to incorporate the local elements such as Yantai’s mountains and coastline, forming a meandering wave shape. The project kicked off in June 2021 and the main building has been topped off, with plans to begin operation in 2023.
